Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is located on the bank of Lingjiang River in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. The factory is located in Yongquan Town, Linhai City. It is a private enterprise founded in December 2005. Its main business is shipbuilding. It covers an area of 340,000 square meters and has a 1.5-kilometer coastline. It has a 260-meter-long outfitting dock, a 30,000-ton shipway, and two 50,000-ton shipways. It has CNC cutting workshops, processing workshops, and sectional production workshops, a general assembly platform (approximately 20,000 square meters), and four painting workshops equipped with advanced spraying equipment (strictly equipped in accordance with PSPC standards). The maximum lifting capacity of the shipway is 400 tons. The company currently has more than 1,000 employees, including 85 people with intermediate and senior professional technical titles and more than 140 engineering and technical personnel. The company also has a subsidiary, Taizhou Ye Zhi Machinery Co., Ltd., which mainly produces supporting equipment for shipbuilding enterprises, such as hatch covers, outfitting parts, and precision shaft processing.

Since its establishment, Maple Leaf Company has built nearly 100 ships of various types, and has successfully developed and built a variety of high-tech, high value-added ocean-going vessels such as bulk carriers, product tankers, chemical tankers, container ships, and liquefied natural gas carriers, ranking among the top private shipbuilders in the Wenzhou-Taizhou region.
